How does it work?
Once you select your product, you will select your style options and then get measured in one of two easy ways:
- If you’re local to Philadelphia, you can come into our main showroom by making an appointment here.
- If not, you can use a friend to easily take your measurements (in less than 10 minutes) using our step-by-step instructions. Get started.
How long does it take from when I place my order to when I get my product?
Our standard lead-time is 3-4 weeks; however if you’re a situation where you may need it faster contact us and we will try to help you!
How long does the measurement process take? Do I need to visit a tailor?
There is no need to go to a tailor! Just grab a friend. The process should only take 10 minutes using our guide here.
How do you make your products?
We take your unique measurements and adjust them based on the fit you select. Then, each piece is cut using those measurements and the latest technology for made-to-measure suits and shirts. Once you receive your product, we store your measurements in your account so they can quickly be used again (or adjusted, if necessary) for the next time you order! Get started
Where do your fabrics & products come from?
We source our fabrics from all over the world. However, we specialize in fabrics from Italian mills.
Our Black Label shirts & suits are constructed in our tailor shop in Vietnam, a historical hub for high-end made-to-measure products. We manage the supply chain and send fabrics to our tailors, essentially cutting the middleman mark-up out of the cost to you. See more on them here.

Measurements & Fit
What is the difference between Classic, Slim, and Super Slim?
Each Fit differentiates how much space there is between your body and the garments based on your measurements.
- Classic: 2 Inches
- Slim: 1 Inch
- Super Slim: ½ Inch

Payments & Shipping
Can you ship internationally?
Yes! Please just contact us at email@example.com and we can arrange your shipment internationally. We will quote the international shipping separately.
What if I don’t have a credit card?
No problem. We also take PayPal and will soon be able to process several forms of cryptocurrency.
Guarantees & Return
What if my suit or shirt doesn’t fit?
If you have any size or fit issues with your product, please contact us. Just send a few photos of the issue and our style consultants can determine if a minor alteration at a local tailor could resolve the problem or if we will need to remake the affected product (at no additional cost to you) to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. We will cover or reimburse you for up to $75 of alterations.
Do you offer discounts for wedding groups?
Yes. We offer discounts based on group size, suit style, and bundling of products (i.e. tuxedo shirt and bow tie with tux or shirt and tie with suit). Contact us for more details.
How long beforehand should we start the process?
We like to start the consultation process about 90 days before the wedding to ensure that the groom and all the groomsmen receive their product(s) and are satisfied or have time to make any minor alterations well prior to the wedding date. Get started.
